1. Who sells Troth

Troth is sold by an independent developer based in Greece, whose business entity is in the process of being registered. Until that registration completes we publish no company number, because we would be publishing one that does not exist.

This does not narrow anything you are owed. Every consumer right on this site — the refund window, the statutory guarantee, your data-protection rights — is owed by the person behind hello@troth.one, and that address reaches a human. Ask who we are and we will tell you, in writing, before you buy.

hello@troth.one is the address for every kind of question: support, billing, refunds, data protection, and legal or consumer matters. It is read by a person, not a ticket queue, and we aim to answer within a few business days.

3. Responsible for this website

The content of troth.one is published by the seller named above. Where this site describes what the software does, the honest version is the one on the Security page: it names what we defend and what we do not claim.

4. Consumer disputes

Write to us first — most things end there. If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers may use their national alternative dispute resolution body or their local consumer authority, and you keep every mandatory right under the law of your country of residence, whatever any of our documents say.
